We want you to love your Sciviur piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it right.

1) Return Window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email Sciviur@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.

2) Eligibility

  • Item unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Include original packaging/accessories.
  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team before shipping.

3) Exchanges

Size/color exchanges are possible when stock allows; otherwise a refund will be processed if eligible.

4) Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, hygiene-sensitive products, personalized pieces, and limited drops marked as Final are not eligible for return.

5) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund after review.

6) Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We’ll provide the correct return instructions after approval (returns sent without authorization may be rejected).

7) Refunds

After the item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.

8) Order Changes & Cancellations

We can attempt changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After processing/fulfillment begins, changes may no longer be possible.
